Responsibilities

  • Sales Support:
  • Provide quotations and product information to 4,000+ tied/advisory brokers
  • Process and monitor new business applications
  • Client Service:
  • Deliver after-sales support to policyholders
  • Track outstanding premiums and policy documentation
  • Administration:
  • Assist intermediaries with compliance and paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • National Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience:
  • 0-1 year work experience (must be currently unemployed)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
